1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following words and phrases have the meanings assigned to them below, unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "vc66", "we", "us", "our" refers to the operator of the vc66 platform accessible at vc66.bio and all associated sub-domains and interfaces.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who registers an account with vc66 or accesses any part of the vc66 platform.
• "Account" means the individual account registered by a Player with vc66 for the purpose of accessing Services.
• "Services" means all gaming, betting, casino, and ancillary services made available by vc66 through its platform.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by the Player from their own financial accounts that are available for wagering or withdrawal.
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional credits awarded by vc66 that are subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable funds.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus Balance must be staked on eligible games before it may be withdrawn.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any territory in which accessing or using online gambling services is unlawful under applicable local law.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the vc66 platform, registering an Account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the vc66 platform and, if applicable, close your Account by contacting our support team.

3. Eligibility and Account Registration

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account or use any Service offered by vc66. By completing the registration process, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. vc66 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time and to suspend an Account pending verification.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one registered Account with vc66. Creating, operating, or using more than one Account — whether under the same or a different name, mobile number, email address, device, IP address, or household — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate suspension of all associated Accounts. Any Real Money Balance in duplicate Accounts may be forfeited at vc66's discretion after investigation.

3.3 Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during registration and at any time we request verification documents. This includes your legal name, date of birth, Bangladeshi mobile number, and payment details. Providing false information is grounds for immediate Account termination and forfeiture of balances.

3.4 Jurisdiction

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of vc66 complies with the laws of your jurisdiction. vc66 does not accept registrations from players located in Prohibited Jurisdictions. If applicable law in your location prohibits online gambling, you must not register or use vc66.

4. Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. vc66 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

You must notify vc66 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised person or that your login credentials have been compromised. vc66 may temporarily freeze your Account while an investigation is conducted.

5. Deposits and Payment Methods

vc66 accepts deposits from players in Bangladesh via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and USDT (TRC-20 network). Minimum and maximum deposit limits for each method are displayed in the Cashier section of your Account dashboard.

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. vc66 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. If a deposit is found to have originated from a payment method not registered to the Account holder, the deposit may be reversed and the Account suspended pending investigation.

vc66 does not charge a fee for processing deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside vc66's control. All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳) or USDT, converted to BDT at the prevailing rate at the time of the transaction.

5.1 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount via mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) is ৳200. Minimum deposit thresholds for bank transfer and USDT are stated in the Cashier section and may be updated by vc66 from time to time.

6. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be made to a payment account registered in the same name as your vc66 Account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. vc66 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal.

6.1 Verification Requirements

Prior to processing your first withdrawal, you may be required to submit copies of a valid national identity document (National ID card or passport) and proof of your registered payment account. This is a standard Know Your Customer (KYC) procedure designed to protect players and prevent financial crime.

6.2 Processing Times

Once a withdrawal request has been approved, processing times vary by method. bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically completed within minutes of approval during business hours. Bank transfers may take between 1 and 3 business days. USDT withdrawals are processed on the TRC-20 network and typically confirm within 3 minutes of approval. These timeframes are targets and may vary in exceptional circumstances.

6.3 Withdrawal Limits

Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts per transaction are displayed in the Cashier section of your Account. vc66 may impose daily or weekly withdrawal limits at its discretion, which will be communicated to affected players.

7. Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

vc66 offers bonuses and promotional credits to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, including applicable wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits, and minimum odds restrictions.

General bonus terms applicable to all vc66 promotions are as follows:

• Bonus funds are credited to your Bonus Balance and must not be confused with your Real Money Balance.
• Real Money Balance is used before Bonus Balance in all wagering transactions, unless the applicable promotion specifies otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the time period specified for the promotion. Bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirement within the stated period will expire and be removed from your Account without notice.
• vc66 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify wagering requirements, or alter promotional terms with reasonable notice posted on the platform.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between players, sold, or exchanged.
• vc66 reserves the right to reclaim any bonus credits or winnings derived from bonuses if it determines that they were obtained through abuse, exploitation of a technical error, or in breach of these Terms.

8. Game Rules and Betting Markets

vc66 offers a range of gaming and betting products, including but not limited to cricket betting, live casino games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack, dragon tiger), slot games, and crash games. Each product category is governed by its own game-specific rules, which are displayed within the relevant game or betting section of the platform.

In the event of a discrepancy between a game-specific rule and these general Terms, the game-specific rule shall prevail for matters relating exclusively to that game. For all other matters, these Terms take precedence.

8.1 Cricket Betting Rules

All bets are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, BCCI). In the event of a match being abandoned, voided, or delayed beyond the applicable settlement rules, bets will be settled as per the specific cricket betting rules available in the Cricket section of the platform.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on vc66 and may result in immediate Account suspension, termination, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or AI tools to interact with any part of the vc66 platform.
• Colluding with other players to influence game outcomes or exploit promotions.
• Any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or insider trading in relation to sports betting markets.
• Using the vc66 platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity.
• Attempting to exploit software errors, glitches, or loopholes in the platform. Any winnings generated through a software error may be voided.
• Creating multiple Accounts in violation of the One Account Policy in Section 3.2.
• Providing false or misleading personal information to vc66 at any time.
• Facilitating access to vc66 for any person under the age of 21.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the vc66 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, and interface design — is the property of vc66 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You must not copy, reproduce, redistribute, sell, decompile, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the vc66 platform without prior written consent from vc66.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, vc66 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.

vc66's total aggregate liability to any individual player for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

vc66 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform and shall not be liable for any service interruptions caused by scheduled maintenance, technical failures, third-party service provider outages, or circumstances beyond vc66's reasonable control.

12. Privacy and Data Protection

vc66 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available at vc66.bio/privacy-policy. By using vc66, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

vc66 will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and fraud prevention services where necessary to deliver our Services or meet our legal obligations.

13. Responsible Gaming

14. Account Suspension and Termination

vc66 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account at any time and without prior notice if it reasonably believes that the Account holder has breached any provision of these Terms, is engaged in fraudulent or criminal activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or other players.

Upon termination for cause, any Real Money Balance may be withheld pending investigation. If no breach is established following investigation, any verified Real Money Balance (excluding Bonus Balance) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

Players who wish to close their own Accounts voluntarily may do so by contacting [email protected]. Any Real Money Balance at the time of voluntary closure will be returned via the player's registered withdrawal method, subject to completion of any pending KYC verification.

15. Amendments to These Terms

vc66 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, vc66 will post a notice on the platform and, where reasonably practicable, notify registered players via their registered email address or mobile number.

Continued use of the vc66 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and close your Account.

16. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are drafted in the English language. In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, vc66 encourages players to contact our customer support team in the first instance to seek an amicable resolution.

vc66 aims to acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and to provide a substantive response within 14 business days of receiving sufficient information to investigate the matter.
